With his amazing people skills and invaluable retail experience, Steve primarily delivers floral creations to our customers, he just can’t get enough of the ‘oohs’ and ‘aahs’ when people see them! And don’t let his vintage Adidas trainers deceive you, there is no one else who could fullfil a beautiful, delicate floral staircase installation with more care and attention to detail than Steve. His favourite flower is King Protea.

There is a rose for every occasion and for every season, this and their undeniable beauty and scent make them Rachel’s favourite flower. Cool under pressure, her zen-like calm makes her ideally suited to working on our exciting events and installations. So, it comes as no surprise that she also enjoys a spot of relaxing yoga, in addition to a life-long passion for floristry.

Em brings with her a passion and flair for natural design with the abundance of pretty blooms and textured materials making spring her favourite season. A keen cyclist and sewer, Em is both energetic and creative, an ideal combo for this job! Her favourite flower is the rannunculus.

Meet Maggie, who joined The Flower Lounge team in the summer of 2023. Still learning the trade but already the most popular person in the shop...even though she's terrified of floral wrapping paper! Nevertheless, she's by far the most opinionated, cheekiest and disobedient team member we’ve ever had...she’ll be boss in no time!
