Day to day we get asked a number of the same questions about choosing flowers and so we thought it might be helpful to list a few here. We love chatting to our customers but understand that many of you like to be prepared before placing an order. So here goes:
CAN I ORDER A SPECIFIC FLOWER OR DESIGN?
We will always try our very best to source a specific flower and meet your design vision. However flowers are seasonal so sometimes it might not be possible or within your budget to have the exact flower or foliage you desire. This is when our years of experience come in handy as we'll always be able to suggest other gorgeous varieties. If you've set your heart on a bloom or style then please call the shop to chat through what flowers you are looking for and let's see if we can work our magic!
All of our products and designs are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute a product or flower but will always ensure it is of equivalent value and quality.
I DON’T KNOW WHAT I WANT! CAN YOU HELP ME?
Don’t feel under any pressure to know flower names or styles, we can help you work out what it is that you want or your intended recipient may like. If buying for other people, think about what colours they like or tell us about their personality. Are they a romantic? More traditional? Outdoorsy? Think about their home and décor. What’s the occasion? We can use all this information to create something to suit. If you’re really stuck, don’t worry, that’s what we’re here for and our Florist Choice Bouquets could be exactly what you need! They give our expert florists the opportunity to pick the best seasonal flowers and create a bouquet in our signature, natural style.
HOW MUCH SHOULD I SPEND?
It’s good to have a budget in mind, the best way to work this out is to think about where you or your recipient may display the flowers or what type of occasion the flowers are for. A small bouquet (approx. £45-£55) would be suitable for a side table, medium (approx. £55-£70) for a coffee table and large (approx. £70-£100+) for a dining table or a wow factor entrance.

HOW FAR DO YOU DELIVER?
We deliver across parts of Greater Manchester throughout the week and can offer limited same-day local delivery to orders placed before midday. Our most popular local destinations include Didsbury, West Didsbury, Chorlton, Heaton Moor, Northenden, Heaton Mersey, Withington, Sale and Altrincham. Some of our dried designs and gift sets are also available for National Delivery. Of course, you can also collect from our shop on Barlow Moor Road in Didsbury.
IS IT CHEAPER TO BUY FLOWERS THAT ARE IN SEASON?
It can be, we can advise which flowers are in season and present the best value. Our Florist Choice Hand-Tied Bouquet and Seasonal Posy Jar use flowers chosen by us, ensuring the freshest, most seasonal flowers available at the most reasonable price.
IF I HAVE A SPECIFIC IDEA IN MIND, CAN YOU HELP?
Yes of course, we love to get creative and think there’s nothing better than delivering a bespoke arrangement. The first step is to simply get in touch and we'll take it from there!
CAN I HAVE MY ARRANGEMENT DELIVERED WITH A VASE?
Yes, many of our hand-tied bouquets also have a vase design alternative. Take a look at our Vase Arrangements collection. We also stock a large range of vases that really complement our bouquets so are more than happy to include these in your order.
HOW ABOUT EXTRA GIFTS?
Yes, we work with luxury chocolate supplier LOVE COCOA, as well as stocking a beautiful range of soy wax, hand-produced candles from The Naked Candle Co. We have a large range of stunning vases and candle holders from Calico Collective, as well as handmade cards from local artist Lois Riley and plantable cards by Charlie Collis. There are lots of ways to make your gift extra special.
WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED BEFORE I ORDER?
For any order we will need the recipient’s full name and address, a contact telephone number, an idea of budget and any message you wish to include.
